Navigator of the Seas

Constructed at Turku New Shipyard, Finland, the ship originally measured 138,279 tons and carried 3,807 passengers plus 1,185 crew. A refurbishment in 2014 added 81 additional staterooms, increasing the ship’s gross tonnage to 139,570 tons, as well as a FlowRider. I personally went on the Western Caribbean on this cruise. Overall this cruise was very clean, recently renovated when I traveled. The food was pretty good and enjoyable throughout the cruise. The customer service was excellent, from dining, to the front desk, to the entertainment/ onboard activities, and you can never forget your room attendants. The best time for this cruise depends where it is sailing at time of year. This cruise goes all over the place, from the Caribbean, to the Mediterranean with Europe, Italy, Spain, France, Norway, and also goes to the Canaries and Africa.

Being that this was my third time on this ship, needless to say this is a great cruise line for family and friends. The two biggest features that had my party coming back to over and over was the FlowRider® and ice skating right on the boat. Being a larger boat, you rarely feel like you’re on a boat, which helps for those that are tentative in being at sea. Traveling the world, you can’t beat the destinations that the ship travels to. The staff went above and beyond here from making sure our drinks were always filled, removing plates when needed, and serving everyone in my party in a timely matter. Royal Caribbean always goes above and beyond and I can’t wait for my next trip with them.

Serenade Of The Seas

Serenade Of The Seas was built at Meyer Werft in Papenburg, Germany. Her godmother is Whoopi Goldberg She completed her maiden voyage on 25 August 2003. The gross of the ship is 90,090 tons and holds a max capacity of 2,490 passengers. I personally went on the Western Caribbean on this cruise. For a smaller boat this ship packs a punch on things to do. Mini Golf, the FlowRider, plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from and the shows are incredible.

My first smaller ship in the Royal Caribbean fleet. A very enjoyable short 5 day trip. Overall very clean and the employees were very tentative to all of our needs. If your looking for a smaller ship with plenty to do, look no further then the Serenade Of The Seas. Royal Caribbean is a great cruise line no matter what ship you go on, never disappointed.

Oasis Of The Seas

Oasis Of The Seas is the first in the class of ships that are the largest passenger ships in the world. Her hull was laid down in November 2007 and she was completed and delivered to Royal Caribbean in October 2009. At the time of construction, Oasis set a new capacity record of carrying over 6,000 passengers. The total gross of Oasis is 226,838 tons. I personally went on the Eastern Caribbean on this cruise. Overall this cruise was very clean, recently renovated when I traveled. The food was really good and enjoyable throughout the cruise. The customer service was excellent, from dining, to the front desk, to the entertainment/ onboard activities, and you can never forget your room attendants. The best time for this cruise depends where it is sailing at time of year.

This was the first time on this monster cruise ship. I was very impressed with how much there was to do and never running out of things to see. The 10 story dry slide is a must! The food was incredible and the service was perfect! Highly recommend taking a cruise on one of the biggest ships in the world. Royal Caribbean always goes above and beyond no matter how small or big the ship is!

Freedom Of The Seas

Freedom Of The Seas is the original ship of Royal Caribbean's Freedom Class and can accommodate 3,634 passengers and 1,300 crew across 15 floors. At 156,271 tons, the ship was the biggest passenger ship at the time of completion in 2006. This ship has 3 swimming pools, water slides, miniature golf, a rock climbing wall, and a FlowRider. I personally went on the 5 day Bahama cruise. Overall this cruise was very clean, recently renovated when I traveled. The food was really good and enjoyable throughout the cruise. The customer service was excellent, from dining, to the front desk, to the entertainment/ onboard activities. The best time for this cruise depends where it is sailing at time of year.

This was the first time on a Freedom class ship and I was very impressed! Not as big as the Oasis class ship but still accommodates all of my needs. I highly recommended sailing on this ship any month out of the year. Royal Caribbean always goes above and beyond no matter how small or big the ship is!
